Return & Refund Policy – SneakGoat

At SneakGoat, your satisfaction is our priority. If you are not fully satisfied with your order, the following policy applies.


1. Returns

You have 30 days from the date you receive your order to request a return.

To be eligible for a return, the item must be:

  • Unused;
  • In its original packaging;
  • In the same condition as when you received it.

Items that do not meet these conditions may not be accepted for return.


2. Faulty or Damaged Items

If you receive a faulty or damaged item, we will cover the return shipping costs.

Please contact us as soon as possible and include:

  • A photo of the item concerned;
  • Your order number;
  • A clear description of the issue.

This allows our team to review your request quickly and provide the correct return instructions.


3. Refunds

Once your return has been received and inspected, we will inform you whether your refund has been approved or refused.

If your request is approved, the refund will be issued to your original payment method within 5 to 10 working days.

Please note that your bank or payment provider may require additional processing time before the refund appears on your statement.


4. Parcel Lost or Stolen by the Carrier

In the event that a parcel is lost or stolen by the carrier, the following conditions apply.

Once a parcel has been handed over to the carrier, the carrier becomes responsible for its delivery.

In the event of loss or theft, you must contact the carrier directly to request compensation.

SneakGoat cannot issue a refund or send a replacement once the parcel has been handed over to the delivery service.

Our customer support team may still assist you with the process where possible.


5. How to Submit a Request

  • Full name;
  • Order number;
  • Detailed description of the issue;
  • Photos of the product, if necessary.

Providing complete information helps us process your request faster.


6. Return Request Email Example

Subject: Return Request – Order #12345

Hello SneakGoat Team,

I am contacting you regarding my order #12345 placed on [order date]. I have received the parcel, however the item [product name] is faulty / damaged.

Please find attached a photo of the item concerned. I would therefore like to request a return and receive a refund in accordance with your return policy.

Please confirm the next steps to follow.
