Scope

These Terms & Conditions of Sale apply to all orders placed on SneakGoat.co.

By placing an order on our website, you confirm that you have read, understood and accepted these Terms & Conditions of Sale without reservation.

Products & Prices

All products offered on SneakGoat.co are available subject to stock availability.

Prices displayed on the website are shown in GBP (£) and include applicable taxes unless stated otherwise.

SneakGoat reserves the right to change its prices at any time. However, the price applicable to your order will be the price displayed at the time your order is confirmed.

Orders & Contract Formation

An order is considered final once:

  • Payment has been validated;
  • An order confirmation email has been sent to the customer.

SneakGoat reserves the right to refuse or cancel any order for a legitimate reason, including but not limited to:

  • Suspected fraud;
  • An obvious error in the price or product description;
  • Incomplete or incorrect information;
  • Product unavailability.

If this happens, the customer will be informed as soon as possible.

Payment

Payment is due immediately when the order is confirmed.

Delivery

SneakGoat delivers to the United Kingdom, most European countries and several international destinations.

The average delivery time is usually between 5 and 8 working days after dispatch, depending on the destination.

SneakGoat cannot be held responsible for delays caused by:

  • Customs authorities;
  • Weather conditions;
  • Strikes;

Right of Withdrawal

In accordance with applicable consumer regulations, you have 14 days from the date you receive your order to exercise your right of withdrawal without having to provide a reason.

To be accepted, the returned product must be:

  • Unused;
  • Returned in its original packaging;
  • In perfect resale condition.

Warranty

In the event of a defective product resulting from a manufacturing fault, SneakGoat may, after inspection:

  • Replace the product concerned; or
  • Issue a full refund for the order.

Limitation of Liability

Force Majeure

These Terms & Conditions of Sale are governed by the applicable laws of the consumer’s country of residence, subject to any mandatory consumer protection provisions.

In the event of a dispute, both parties agree to seek an amicable solution before taking any legal action.
