Shipping Policy – SneakGoat
At SneakGoat, every order is prepared with care to ensure you receive a quality product. Below, you’ll find everything you need to know about our delivery times, tracking, shipping conditions and support.
1. Processing & Delivery Times
Our products are prepared to order.
Once your order has been confirmed, the average processing time is 1 to 3 working days.
After processing, shipping usually takes 10 to 15 working days, depending on your location, the carrier and the current volume of orders.
Please note that working days exclude weekends and public holidays.
Delivery times may vary slightly depending on the destination country and logistical conditions.
2. Where Is My Order?
If your order was placed 2 to 3 weeks ago, please do not worry. Your parcel is most likely still in transit and should be delivered soon.
Minor delays can occasionally happen due to logistical factors beyond our control.
If your order was placed more than 4 weeks ago and you have not received any update, please contact our customer service team so we can check the status of your order.
3. Delivery Areas
SneakGoat currently delivers to most European countries, as well as several international destinations.

4. Order Tracking
As soon as your order has been dispatched, you will receive a confirmation email containing your tracking number.
Please note that tracking information may take a few days to become visible.
In some cases, tracking updates may only appear once the parcel arrives in the destination country.
5. Exceptional Delivery Delays
Delivery delays may occasionally occur due to circumstances beyond our control, including:
- High-demand periods;
- Customs procedures;
- Adverse weather conditions;
- Strikes or logistical disruptions;
- Carrier delays;
- Events outside of SneakGoat’s control.
In these situations, our team remains available to assist you and answer your questions.
6. Incorrect Address or Uncollected Parcel
Before finalising your order, please make sure your delivery details are correct and complete.
If a parcel is returned to us due to:
- An incomplete or incorrect address;
- An error in the information provided;
- A parcel not being collected within the carrier’s required timeframe;
reshipping fees may be charged to the customer.
SneakGoat cannot be held responsible for delivery issues caused by incorrect or incomplete information provided at checkout.
7. Lost or Stolen Parcels
Once a parcel has been handed over to the carrier, the carrier becomes responsible for its delivery.
In the event of loss or theft confirmed by the carrier, we recommend contacting the carrier directly to open a claim.
Our customer service team may still assist you with the process whenever possible.
